Free Communications (Oral Presentations)

The duration of each presentation in the scientific program is 10 minutes, including time for questions.
Your presentation should be in one Microsoft® PowerPoint file, integrating all text, graphics and videos.
Accepted speakers should bring their presentations on a CD-ROM or Disk on Key (USB Flash Drive) to the technician in the Speakers Preview Room on site.
The use of personal laptops for presentations is not possible.

Poster Session

The size of the presentation area for each poster is 1 m height X 0.90 m width (Portrait).
Posters will be presented throughout the congress and a moderated poster session will be conducted on Dec 1st and Dec 2nd during which presenters will be able to highlight the main message to a rotating audience.
If possible, please present your data in the Introduction-Methods-Results-Discussion Format.

Two rewards for excellence including a prize of 750 Euro each will be presented to the best poster and the best free communication.
